hmmm. bummer,  i send some , but i didnt receive it there, so i send some to an other wallet ,  Cry didnt receive it also .....

so if there is no block-explorer the coin wont send Huh   Cry Cry

what do you mean , use coınexchange ?  ı wrote above that ı sent ıt to that exchange but dıdnt didnt receıve it.

Block explorer isn't needed to send the coins, it is only useful to check the state of the network and transactions. You should use this http://mh-pool.ddnss.de/explorer/BIGUP and write in the bottom the hash from your transaction, at least you can be sure if mh-exchange received your coins.
