Proper distribution of merit point system is present ? fair distribution of merits has been an issue since the start of merit system. Many people that make good quality and constructive posts are not awarded with appropriate merits or no merits at all. A solution to this is required to promote impartiality.

The answer is No, I think there should be a KYC verification system and mobile verification system present on bitcointalk.org ? KYC will surely help removing multiple account users from the forum and make forum much more clean. But many people will fear to reveal their information as they wont have security against their private info. The forum is not run by a single person or firm. It is a place where all the people contribute to it and is handled by administrator. Also we dont know about satoshi, the person who created BTC and this forum. So, my question is will you reveal your private info to such forum (site) with no security against it?

Why merit point owner should give his earned tokens to other users? Received merits and spendable merits are two very different things. If you receive 10 merits, you will also receive 5 spendable merits which doesnt count in your merits and should be send to people that make good posts to add to their merits.
