why not? If they can mine with mobile phones, nothing's impossible
They promised mining, wallet, and apps. An exchange is totally manageable on some level.
It will require lot's of sms to check the rates, the offers etc. It all adds up and the fee grows
Don't worry, even with the fees, the potential and the implementation area are worth it.
