Id say those of you who havent earned a single merit since January dont have a chance to participate in this campaign.
Why? do Lutpin include the amount of merit you received since the forum started the merit system?
do other signature campaigns include the amount of merit you received to let you join to their campaign too?
I'm just asking because I haven't been online for a while.
