The developers are currently working on:

1) A new wallet, new masternode, new premine, new ticker CARDB will become BCARD ( cryptobridge ask us for change our ticker cause of swap )
2) Getting .5 btc for the hard fork of crypto-bridge
3) Getting .3 btc for updating masternodes.online
Next will be the hard and long part (There will be arround 5 days window for this): 1) Developers move any wallet with your wallet.dat submitted to a website ( google form) for check all transactions This will be for all balances before block 17500. This will also REMOVE the masternode coins from the hackers account (~40.000 CARDB). 2) Any coins past block 17500 that were sent from cryptobridge to wallets shall be dealt with on a CASE BY CASE BASIS. 3) Wallet setup guide and masternode guide will be released.
Restart:

1)    To be fair to all involved, we will ANN 24h before our relaunch. Pos block 1 to 5000 will be 0.001 CARDB and masternode will start on block 5000 ( time for make a complete swap estimated)
      After we will run as normal like POS block 5000 to supply max will be 3 reward.
      Collateral tier 1 will be delete and tier 2 (5000) will become the only one available and will give 70 reward.
2)    An announcement on the ANN page, on the discord announcement page will let people know what day and time the network (chain) will start.
3)    Cryptobridge will be notified of this start time, but they are a 3rd party and we have no direct control other than asking nicely to match our start time.
      Withdrawals will be allowed after swap done. The swap will be done in two parts ours (local wallet) and concerning coin on cryptobridge (swap in local from CB)
4)    Everyone can start POS and masternode after received his coin but will be enable for receive reward only after block 5000.
