If your tx doesnt confirm, you can try to accelerate it with https://confirmtx.com and https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ If this doesnt work, there are paid confirmation services here in Marketplace --> Services

If after 24 hours your tx doesnt confirm, you can resend it with your wallet, if you set RBF flag and set a higher fee.

If this doesnt work, locate the bitcoin address and private key and rebuild the transaction with https://coinb.in. If the inputs dont load, you can find the txid, number and script hex here: https://chain.so/api/v2/get_tx_received/BTC/YourBTCAddressHere. When you have signed the transaction, submit it to the network with pushtx (if it doesnt work with one website, try others: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_broadcasting). Make sure that the new fee is higher than the fee of the original transaction (check https://bitcoinfees.earn.com for optimal fees). This helped me to rescue funds from a 3 day stuck unconfirmed transaction.

If a transaction isnt included into a block and confirmed by a miner, it should eventually be deleted from mempool and your funds returned to your wallet.
