Poloniex -- suddenly holding everyone's funds and locking accounts? SCAM.
I'm not going to defend Poloniex here as I've never used it, but accounts being locked doesn't automatically mean it's a scam. Could just be bad fraud detection. Heard their customer support is crap though.
If only that were true I could *partially* understand why they did it, but no this is definitely not what happend.
They were going to implement/abide KYC laws ( I guess ), but explicitely promised NOT to lock withdrawals, even after the implementation of their KYC verification system. Next thing I know my account is completely locked, without any warning whatsoever.
My funds are (I presume) still stuck..
If theyre pulling things like this, what other shady stuff might they be doing?

I dont even think this TOS is legal/ would hold up in court. (The TOS might be outdated but it really shows their insane mentality towards their customers).
