Close you catcoin-qt. Back up your wallet.dat (it is located in appdata/catcoin). Then remove file peers.dat and folders blocks and chainstate. Then run your catcoin-qt.exe. Client will redownload whole blockchain.

Don't forget to SAVE YOUR WALLET.DAT or you will lose your coins!!!!!!
