Our Masternodes have control of 90% of our PRE-MINE. Meaning 90% of our PRE-MINE is locked and in order for us to unlock it and spend it we first need to propose our spend to our Masternodes. If we get majority vote on our proposal we will proceed with the spend, without majority vote from the Masternodes we cannot spend.
The MAST Coin Masternodes also have the final yes or no say for all new Masternodes proposed to be deployed on our platform. The community votes for new Masternodes to be added to our platform & once a week we propose the top 5 to our Masternodes to vote yes or no
