On Online Virtual Shop, is the seller and the buyer are transparent. I had experience on this, I ordered a shoes online and when it was delivered on me it is completely different from what I have seen and ordered. In any chance, is there any refund will happen if the buyer didn't get what they want or experience on the item? I guess transparency is very essential on this.
