That's a valid point and your're right to express a concern. This clause was added just in case some unexpected attempt of cheating appears, because we do not encourage any such behavior which may prejudice the community members.
We do not request any form of money/payment in exchange for B2N, but we believe that it's only fair to distribute B2N to the community members who are willing to help and support our project to increase its value.
All qualifications for the bounties will be centralized in open and transparent forms and anyone who may feel wronged in any way is encouraged to address it, in order to be solved properly. We also welcome any constructive criticism and in the past few months we have gained a lot from our community members experience.
