Yeah, it's always too good to be true. A lot of people don't actually notice once they've passed the point of no return, that being the money leaving the wallet, that they're not actually getting anything in the end. That's why escrows are so important. We can never really trust someone completely unless there is a central mediator to hold the rulebook.
