If you have a working sea generator you would have the needed funding for an platform.

My guess is that you not have a working product as many have tried to build sea energy plants, but almost all are teared to pieces by the forces in short time.
If you really have a proof of concept you probably have an working site and an registered company, if not this is just another masternode ripoff.
