The forum doesn't moderate scams.
They do moderate post quality, placement and plagiarism in accordance with the rules.
So the other badges don't make much sense from a forum feature standpoint.
I did realize that. But would it be a good thing to moderate scams? Why is it for instance a good thing to moderate reference linking but not proven scams?
