I would back one of the past replies up there which says it base on whatever you use in rating yours. To me we would have just head to Coinmarketcap and see those Altcoins doing better on the table . Thanks
Commission for Operations. All exchanges have different commissions on operations. The smaller they are, the more you can earn for each transaction. Users without verification on some exchanges include restrictions on daily trading volume and on input / output of funds. Those wishing to not shine their data, such exchanges will not work.
