being stupid is not poverty but being ignorant is poverty...

And what is the difference between being stupid and being ignorant? There is a 90% overlap between the two. That means that in most cases, a stupid person is likely to be ignorant as well. Can you point me someone who is intelligent and ignorant at the same time?
