yes i see your advice but my ledger can not connect to chrome app.. only live and manager app but not btc app
What error are you getting with the BTC app? Is it not connecting? Does it not unlock when you enter your PIN and select btc coin app on the device? 
Seems odd that you can connect with the Ledger Manager chrome app, but not the BTC one
