It's not possible for junior member, Only full member and aboce can add the logo.
The signature has ended and the new signature campaign that will start sunday is only for Hero and legendary member :/

The second wave of Light Pay Coin project's signature campaign has been only for Full Member and above ranks, then adjusted a little bit to only Hero and Ledgendary ranks weeks later the start day of second wave.
