Total stakes for round 1 should be higher than 1125 stakes

For account with followers more than 250 below 749, if u make max 2 (tweet and re-tweet) per day, should be 60 stakes per month

If We have hypothethic only 4 participants, it would be :

1500 Total stakes
Acc 1 60/1500 = 4%
Acc 2 240/1500 = 16%
Acc 3 480/1500 = 32%
