We've had a hold placed on this user's account since the end of November so he can no longer use our merchant tools. If they have stolen your money I recommend going to the authorities, once we receive a subpoena we will turn over the information we have on this account. These kinds of users give Bitcoin a bad name, so I'd be happy to see them brought to justice.
