NeosCoin is an old coin and before there will be a change of blockchain, it should be so publicised and announced for almost everybody to year of like its an ICO. Even at that, not everybody that has the coin will still he able to hear about he news. Swaps are the reason why I don't feel comfortable investing huge on new projects and now we are having old coins changing blockchains.  The reason why I keep my coins in exchanges.
