i helped two friends solve their bter.com issues, i am chinese ,have no communicate problems with bter.com QQ suport.BTW,QQ is most popular chating app in china,over 100 million people use it every single day.

so, 1 of 2 friends ,he is in  deposit trouble, missing 3 deposits,about 3000 CNC. it is simple ,i got his bter ID, the nomber of missing CNC,time of deposits,and the pictures about the deposits(they dont accept the blockchains link,its weird).then problem solved.

next is not so lucky ,he has the same problem like u guys .when he withdraw, showed "Funds error, please contact admin, error code:DOGE-107199--2296037--33.462" ,i contact the QQ suport ,he told me,according to datebase, my friend deposit doge=4740279.5997,buy doge=2141352.3918,withdraw=1300000.0000,sell=7877628.986,nomally ,if u dont left coin in ur account, deposit+buy ==withdraw + sell. but now,withdraw + sell-(deposit+buy)=2295996.9949,so the 2295996.9949 doge is extra coins which is not belong to my friend.he needs to return the extra coins back .my friends should check his deposit,withdraw ,and trade history.

when i asked QQsuport how did that happen ,and why ,he just did not answer me .i guess,maybe they made a misstake,or it is a system bug that he does not want me know.

anyway , i think it is clear, you guys have the same problem should check on ur account ,see if there are extra coins u sold. the number is red down there like DOGE-107199--2296037--33.462"
