Good to see some fresh avatars on the forum. What is the reason though to limit avatar uploads to only full member and upwards? Why not add members?

Probably to minimise the possibility of abuse. You can achieve Member status in as little as 16 days whereas it's a bit longer for Full Member. And as mentioned above it's a nice perk to achieve with time. You're nearly a Full Member as well so not long to wait.

Yes I know but I'll still have to wait a week or two, which is painful. If avatars are disabled again, oh well...

You are absolutely right Monnt it is difficult to reach Full Member in 16 days of period for any newbie unless he is an expert in using bitcointalk as well as writing good content about the topic/subject - I have been trying my best to get few Merits to become a member which is still a dream for me as of now

LOL can you locate the reason for you that is holding you back from ranking up? 130 activity and yet no merit, still a Jr. Member.

Mate, No disrespect - have you checked the dates of those posts? It was on April 01, 2015. there were no merit requirements. Only activities I guess. So it was comparatively easy to rank up.

Just stop posting blindly on everything. Before posting anything do a little reading on the comments made, and notice when and why they made.

Clearly you have no idea what you are talking about. If I am not wrong then the use Monnt hasn't earn any single merit yet. All these merits are from the free airdrop.
