I think you are wrong sir! Even SCE doesn't hit the softcap, they have enough funds to continue their project. I am glad of their team because even they are in difficult situation, they are still fighting for their objectives. I saw that they will paid all bounty participants by August 20, 2018. I hope they will continue what they have started.
They can't be stopped by not reaching the softcap. The ideology of SCE is wonderful and I know that they just nees more time for their project to market. As of now, it is a bear season and it cause why does investors cannot participate with their token sale. I am looking for the solution of the devs because they can extend their token sale. But then, they will continue till they meet their goal.
