Ethereum is one of the most promising cryptocurrencies, comparing to Waves it is more stable, ETH has more peculiar features and, as far as I know smart contracts aren't implemented into Waves.
I also think that in general it is not necessary to compare such projects, because the Waves project does not have many serious achievements in comparison with how the ETH project is developing properly.
However if we compare it between ethereum and waves, of course ethereum is far superior,
but I think even so we don't underestimate the waves because it could be that in the future the price will rise
