While we are on Corporate social responsibility, I would like to ask a question. How important is it for businesses in our time to play a bigger part in the community like what Goldma is doing?
I think that it is super important. The are several reasons why:
1) The community development also brings value to the company thru prideful and motivated employees who contribute to the company's overall performance
2) Corporate social responsibility helps to secure the longevity for the company by building lasting relations with community
3) Provides more physical and intangible security for the company
Wow thats really deep. That gets me thinking, what really certifies a business as legitimate is the extra work done to improve people's lives aside from the core business... thank Mr Henry Jenkins for your Vision!
