The name of this game is like Play word from 2 combined words : bustard and dice => bustadice 
Actually it comes from another site called bustabit. It is actually bust-a-bit which actually means losing money IMO, well gambling is actually losing some money ( atleast in some sense ) . So this site is called bustadice because it only offer dice game
