If there will be no negotiation fee, how will the exchange be always available? Because it will cost to keep it operating, how will it be treated?

Nibyx profit is not based on the trade fees, it is based on deposit(0.5%)/withdraw fees and Staking.
We look to trade fees as something "outdated", and thats why we do different.
