If Bitcoin is king of cryprocurrency, then Ethereum is the king of all ICOs ,do you agree? Stella,neo and no other blockchain has hosted ICO than Ethereum.
Yes that's right. because ethereum is like a king from altc and almost all ICOs use eth payments. there are also ICOs that pay using BTC but the most important is eth.
ICO is done because there will be a new altc that you want to print and all of that is based on eth, like the seller will use eth for the fee.
