For this year still it is possible I think, next 2-3 months are important if btc continue dropping to 6-7k I dont think anymore btc can rise 25k dollar this year, but if can pass 10k dollar then we can think possibility of 25k.
I'm pretty sure can't made it this year. Looking its trends today its very obvious that it won't go far, we've not even surpassing $10k and we are in 3rd quarter but btc current price is still below $8k. Even we think positive but the reality, its pretty hard to climb up high just like a magic. It could only be possible to reach at $15k this year not at $25k.
