yes, I agree that ICOs in 2018 are very, very big, the money flow in to ICOs only the first half of 2018 is more than all of 2017 combine.
lots of ICOs were succeed. and were listed on big exchanges.
invest on ICOs are very risky. but gain big money. it's own people choice to invest. can't have a form for every people.
