i now realized why the price in ce is too difficult to rise because the amount of sell wall is too large. what i mean is, selling 6 sat for 12 btc, 7 sat for 18 btc....and so on. who have that huge amount of money to buy even at 6 sat? if they will just sell for 6 sat, maybe even 1-2 btc, 7 sat for 1 btc..it will slowly increase and maybe reach to 10 sat. but with what's happening now, maybe it would take years to even reach that 10 sat-mark??
