Lack of knowledge is the reason behind most people panicking in this bear market.  It may be either they bought token in FOMO or the shitcoin they bought was advertised as bitcoin, but ether way we can learn from these.  Not every crypto that you see advertised in every social media is a good one.  People need to unfollow the hype and follow technology and build their knowledge base.
