Yes, they probably creating another FUD so that they can accumulate more. Its a proven strategy used by Jamie Dimon before but from behind we all know that they bought huge amounts and then short in when bitcoin goes back again.

I believed that traders are also shorting today. Remember the rise from $6800-$8400 and then fall back below $7K? Those cases for me are simply shorting and cashing out to take the profit and has nothing to do with negative news or FUD.
