Take this as a major lesson: NEVER store coins long-term in a pool!!!!
Just set it for auto withdrawal every 1000 coins right into your wallet. Back up your wallet on a schedule, I do everyday because it's literally just copying and pasting a small file, but once a week wouldn't be a bad idea.

They may or may not be safe, I'd guess they will be there but you never know.
