We understand that even if we are working with a decentralized platform for the commercialization of products, we are dealing with  real estate, which is precisely about properties and although it is privately owned, one must still comply with local, state and governmental legislation

Therefore, we understand that we must have representatives in each country where the platform operates. These representatives will be the Ambassadors who will be responsible for helping the local community, representing the Leax Foundation and working together with the project team to adapt the platform to local legislation.

Only people who are really from the real estate negotiation area, such as lawyers, real estate agents, real estate brokers and everyone else involved in the area of negotiation will be able to apply to be part of this program.

The platform has already been prepared for some countries, so we have made the Ambassadors program to attract dedicated people who want to significantly change the lives of those who sell real estate.

The first ambassadors were chosen by the Leax Foundation. These ambassadors will be evaluated every six months, and if they do not perform well locally, a vote will be held to choose a new local team, in other words  we will not create a monopoly of power, all decisions will be made together with the community and the votes will be in the proportion of 1 vote = 1 Leaxcoin.

Currently in most part of the countries, we see a lack liquidity in sales of real estate, this process can extend for days and sometimes months, even with the fact that the technology has evolved. We do believe that there is always a buyer, but that is often restricted by political or governmental problems, so our differential is precisely the mutual collaboration of the community so that together can change the lives of all.
