KUCOIN and BINANCE due to volume and fast transaction, they are also a user-friendly exchange..
but if the token i hold is not there well i have no choice i need to go to IDAX or CRYPTOTPIA.
i also use COBINHOOD and BITTREX...
well any exchange is good to have as long as you keep your safety first.
