The problem is that when hackers steal money from the exchanges and wallets, no one is responsible for this. Only users lose money, exchanges do not compensate anyone, sometimes they close, then all traders of the exchange lose money. Hackers go unpunished. Nobody's find anyone.
I think that this attitude should change only when this market is regulated
Regulation will reduce fraud, but in principle this will not change anything. We need such developments in the crypto industry, which will deprive the fraudsters of opportunities, but they provide the former freedom of crypto.
Without the market abuse there will be a lot of scams and people will not trust the cryptocurrency. Therefore, this step is a necessity. I am for security, and I support this action.
