Now it is too easy to release your coin and make all kind of promises to investors about the profits that you are going to get, this bear market is really testing new altcoins and icos and that is a good thing since only those that are any good will survive, this is the survival of the fittest and if the developers want to bring success to their project it is better that they bring something more than promises.
