In addition to money need to undergo market research and investor approval and can be considered a time consuming process. That is why it is necessary for the community to gain solidity in order to move smoothly through this process. However i may be wrong in my placement.
I think it is cryptopia that is the focus now not binance.
To get your coin listed on some of these big exchanges, you need a lot of btc. The high fees I guess is so that the team behind the coin be serious enough before applying or so.
I liked the placement of both but really the main focus is cryptopia and this step can change the threshold of this currency even in the low cryptopia market owned many whales and big investors. So the possibility of finding the prices in the heights can be realized with this advance.
