NO. They are not the same kind of things. At the moment Dogecoin seems to be more impressive than all other cryptos. It could become the most widely used crypto-currency on the Internet because most transactions are made in small amounts. This is already a concern within the Bitcoin community.

This is a major psychological obstacle that Bitcoin faces at the moment. But this Bitcoin weekness is Dogecoin's greatest strength.

Currently Dogecoin has more daily transactions than any other coin. This is HUGE!
