Welp, fiat withdrawal are supposed to be working throughout their summer mode. I've made several throughout limited mode without a problem. Seems as though they've stopped processing fiat withdrawals now as well though. Made a withdrawal 3 days ago and haven't heard anything from them since. I'm out until/if they come back from their "holiday".

Update: Finally got my Payeer withdrawal after requesting a second small withdrawal. Seems like my first withdrawal was temporarily lost somehow and the 2nd withdrawal bumped up my first one. Idk, but I have it now.
