I see some people are confused? and some unhappy with poll

I now feel obligated to defend the integrity of Kittehcoin members.

So I went back and read all the posts to see what this confusion/unhappiness is all about and I found the following:

The administrator "danosphere" posted the finalists to be used in a poll to choose the winner! - see above, which was subsequently changed when the poll list was published - some left out and some added. Coupled to the fact that some of the coins added were previously disregarded with comments such as "We want something more meme-like and less childish" and "make kitteh younger so as not so close to older CAT?" and "doesn't look like a coin"

Obviously this will make some people question the process and raise concerns over internal manipulation etc.  If you were going to add some more then add them all.

Everyone worked hard developing their logo's - well-done to all - maybe the prize money should be shared among all.
