Is it possible to recover the private key somehow on Neonwallet 0.2.6 with the passphrase and encrypted key? I unfortunately didnt note correctly my private key so...
I still can login with using an encrypted key but am I able to send without private key?

If you can login to your wallet with Neon, then you can send without the private key
