According to the plan, Zecash will be listed on the Q4 2018 exchange. The ICO hardly get a big investment at the moment, do not know Zecash has enough capital to grow?

ZeCash haven't enough capital neither raised softcap so far. We are currently talking to private investor/crypto fund in order to speed up this process.
