What do you mean with your statement dude? Are you pertaining to an ITO?
I meant to say that, these guys are taking good chance and putting heavy effort and risk by starting project without ICO.

Indeed! You got a point with that! Btw, i've read in their Telegram channel that they are planning to launch their ICO on this month and im so glad that they decided that way which i think will be beneficial for the project!
