It seems to me that the registration will prevent appearance of many undesired situations which would be able to take place in the future and have bad impact on reputation of dresscode.

Hmm can you give an example of at least one of them? I’m just annoyed by the necessity to sign up on sites on which i’m planning to make just one purchase.

However, if an opportunity to sell clothes without registration is provided, the scammers selling stolen items will come.   
Will it be necessary to undergo KYC when signing up? It seems to me that it’s possible to go without it.   
You’re wrong, it’s necessary to be sure that the owner of the certificate is selling smthng. There’s no other way of verification except for KYC.     
Does it turn out that the buyer will have access to the data of the seller and the seller won’t have access to the data of the buyer? It isn’t fair! I stand for an opportunity to remain anonymous.
