C-cex is currently in limited mode and only allowing withdrawals intermittently. The exchange opens up back up in a few weeks, but I already have quite a bit of crypto sat on the exchange and I don't 100% trust that the exchange isn't going to go under. Don't wan't all my eggs in one basket. ESRC still has a large volume on the exchange though and, although C-Cex has been terrible lately, they have been true to the word about opening up for withdrawals every now and then.

edit: I just don't want to add any more crypto to C-Cex until I make my next BTC withdrawal.
