That depends on where that coin will be listed so the decision lies on the hands of the developers.

I doubt it that you can sell those tokens within the ICO price, what I've read most of the sold tokens are under the ICO price.

But if that token goes beyond and developed very well and you have been holding that for a very long time, you can eventually sell that higher than the ICO price.
