To earn tokens you need to join their bounty. But I'm not really sure if there's a bounty that accepts newbies. I guess you really need to rank up to at least a member or jr member level. You can only sell the tokens you earned once it is listed on a exchange. We don't know though when is a ICO going to list their coins, sometimes its before the project completed or ended, but most of the time, its after the token sell.
